This SuperMum began with PULSE 8 weeks after the birth of her second bub wanting to lose ‘baby weight’ and finally be confident walking into a clothing store to buy clothes for herself.
We focused on regular HIIT and strength sessions to build both body and core strength, complimented by good nutrition. Her total body weight?! She's approx 2kg’s more from when she started 10 weeks ago! Yep! Bur check out the change in her body shape!
Not only has she been smashing it week in & week out like a MamaWeapon, but her incredible results showing after only 10 weeks clearly demonstrate that the number on the scales are NOT all we need to focus on!
