I am passionate about health and fitness being accessible to all people, of all ages, ability and background.

 

I love running, cycling, triathlons, CrossFit and weightlifting. I have completed numerous events including City to Surf, Sutherland to Surf, 5 half marathons, numerous 5km and 10km races, various sprint distance triathlons and the MS Sydney to Gong Cycling event.

 

I completed and judged the first season of the Illawarra Crossfit League and also judged athletes at the inaugural Fittest on the Field event held in September 2016.

I am a mother of two very active primary school aged children and fully appreciate the flexibility and dedication required by Mums to commit to their health and fitness goals.
