What makes Pulse's Facility different a regular gym?

First of all, you won't see any standard gym equipment sitting around. We are are totally Functional based training facility, bridging the gap between fitness and aesthetics. We achieve results in strength, power, hypertrophy, fat loss, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and mobility through programmed sessions of functional movement and use of appropriate equipment.

Members also have exclusive access to a trainer at all times to assist with personal workout programs, technique corrections, nutritional support or guidance when needed. 

 

I've never done fitness before, can I still come?

Absolutely! Alternative, modified exercises are provided to suit all levels of fitness at all sessions. From newbies to elite, everyone works at their optimal level. 

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, Bubs/kids are welcome to all (yes ALL!) training sessions. As a mum and Personal Trainer, combining the two is a no-brainer. A play area is provided for the littlies in view of the training area so they play whilst we train. 

*Please note no nuts are to be brought in to the facility. 

Do you train men as well as women?

Although Pulse stemmed from being exclusive to women, it quickly became apparent that the men in our gals lives saw the results they where getting and wanted to join too! So yes, even though we are predominantly female-based, men are welcome too. (and will sweat just as much as us gals do!) 

Why is membership more expensive than a regular gym?

We provide a unique personal group training approach designed specifically for women with100% trainer engagement at all times. This includes during Open-Gym times where there is always a trainer available to assist if needed. 

We include free periodic Yoga sessions and Nutritional Workshops to compliment your training and fast track results. 

There are no set-up or sign up costs and you are not tied into any contracts. We only ask that you give us at least 4 weeks notice to make any changes to your ongoing membership. 

Who is the trainer and what are the qualifications? 

Emily Beggs is the Owner/Director and Trainer at Pulse Fitness Training Facility. Emily has a broad experience in a range of training techniques, creating the perfect foundation for designing and delivering high quality training programs. Her unyielding dedication to each and every client guarantees results - whether it be fat loss, hypertrophy, progressive strength, fitness or performance-based. 

Emily's training approach addresses both the physical and mental sides of training. Creating confidence, strength and ongoing progression, both inside and out.
