Total Body Conditioning

Stemming from our humble Mum-SQUAD beginnings, our Total Body Conditioning sessions have everything in one!

With a heavy focus on rehabilitating inner core strength and activation of pelvic floor muscles we build strength from the inside out. There is a combination of cardiovascular training, along with weighted static exercises to maximise the benefits of muscular endurance, strength and toning.

Complete Strength Sesh

Improve & master strength techniques with a total body strength workout. Using both bodyweight and weighted resistance you will gain strength, muscle definition & tone.

Boxing

One of the all-time stress-busters! Not only will you achieve superior upper-body and core strength, improve overall fitness and agility, you will leave feeling super strong after this sweat-sesh. 

Adrenaline HIIT

This 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training builds your cardiovascular capacity and endurance using high impact bodyweight movements throughout timed intervals, reaching >80% heart rate max.
 

SuperShred

Designed to get you fit and shredded in the most efficient way possible.

Incorporating bodyweight movement, Battle ropes, Kettlebells, Slam balls and more, we work in periodic intervals with limited rest, pushing your heart rate into the fat-burning zone. 

CommandoFIT

Military-inspired training. A total body/mind-fit session, pushing you to your peak level of fitness by utilising raw strength, power, speed and agility, cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Using both bodyweight and a variety of equipment, this is the ultimate functional training workout. 

MetaFit

One of our most challenging classes, MetaFit guarantees to leave you feeling that you've given it all you've got! This is a total body-weighted session using fast and furious functional movements giving you the ultimate metabolic workout. This 30 minute session is the ultimate high intensity workout.
